The motivation has been found! I don’t know what my deal was for the last month, but I’m back on track. In fact, I was 4 pounds skinnier at WW last night. Whoo hoo!!
Here’s hoping I can keep it up through Easter. It’s harder to eat right when I visit my family. It’s not that they have “junk” at their house, but it’s not … it’s not what I would buy. No yogurt. No lean lunch meats. No fat free cheeses. No fresh fruit. I just need to remember portion control when I’m there.
Someone at WW last night said, “Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.” I love that! I think I’m going to keep that as my mantra when I fall back. No matter how good pizza tastes, it’s not going to rival that feeling of getting into a smaller pant or have loose fitting clothes.
